Shipping Policy

Easy Renovation offers conditional free shipping on most orders over $50. This offer currently only applies to Canadian residents. The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, The Yukon, and The Maritime Provinces do not qualify for free shipping at this time. For shipping inquiries to The Canadian Territories or The Maritime Provinces, please contact our support team at info@easyrenovation.com.

For U.S.A residents, shipping costs will be estimated at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. boxes is not supported for Canadian or U.S.A residents.

Shipment Processing Time

Orders can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to process (does not include shipping times). Upon order placement, a confirmation email will be sent, and a shipping label will be created for the product(s). Once your order has been processed an email containing shipping and tracking information will be sent to you. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. 

The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address prior to completing the purchase. If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipping address for any reason, please email us as soon as possible before the package is processed and shipped.

In-stock items ship within 1-4 business days from the date of order.

For oversized items, most transit companies will give a courtesy call with a delivery window prior to delivery.

All shipping times are approximate, and Easy Renovation cannot be held liable for delays.

Easy Renovation does not provide refunds on packages that are experiencing delays in transit. Once we ship your order we no longer have any control over the shipping speeds and delivery timeframes.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and automatically displayed at checkout. If you are told that an item may not be shipped to your address at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

We do not cover any import taxes/fees or extra shipping charges that could occur after your order has been shipped.
